Asian Turkey Burger Wraps with Spicy Chili Cilantro Mayo

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp sliced green onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Throw all of your ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Form into oblong patties. Place on the grill and cook about 10-12 minutes on each side until done. Wrap the burgers up with a little leaf lettuce and spicy mayo. Serve with homemade fries.

For the mayo all you need is 1/2 cup mayo, 2 tbsp hot chili sauce and 1 tsp fresh chopped cilantro.
