- 7-8 chicken tenders
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 15 oz can black bean, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup jack and sharp cheddar, grated
- 1/2 cup Pace Tequila Lime Salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tomato, diced
- leaf lettuce, shredded
- lightly chopped cilantro
Sprinkle the chicken with your spices.
You can leave your chicken whole or dice it up. I chose to do a little dicing.
