* 1/2 cup butter
* 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
* 3/4 tsp baking soda
* 1/2 salt
* 1/2 tsp cinnamon
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 1-2 ripe bananas, sliced thin
* 1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
* 1/4 cup honey
* 2 large eggs
* 2 cups whole wheat flour
* 2/3 cup swirl chocolate chips
* 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Beat together the butter, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and vanilla until smooth.
Add the banana, yogurt, honey, and eggs, beat until smooth. Add the flour, stir until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips and cranberries. Divide into 12 lined muffin cups. They will be nearly full.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minuted until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
