The all and nothing Turkey Burger

1 lb ground turkey
1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
1/3 cup shredded zucchini, drained
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup shredded jack cheese
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 tsp dried chopped onion
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
black pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients. Form into burgers. Place in freezer for a few minutes to chill so these stay together nicely while cooking. Grill until cooked through. Serve on your choice of bread with lettuce and tomato and the following mayo recipe.


For mayo

1/2 cup mayo
juice from 1/2 a lemon
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 clove chopped garlic

Mix all ingredients and chill until ready to use.
