Taco Mac

1 lb ground turkey
1 package taco seasoning
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 jar of Salba Smart Organic Salsa
1 4 oz can of tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup elbow macaroni
1/2 cup frozen corn

sour cream
grated cheddar cheese
diced tomato

In a large skillet brown the ground turkey. Stir in the taco seasoning. Add the beans, salsa, tomato sauce, water, macaroni and corn. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until macaroni is tender, adding more water if needed.

Garnish with sour cream, cheese and diced tomato and whatever else floats your boat. ;)
