Taco Meatballs on Flatbread with Lemon Cilantro Mayo

  • 1 1/2 -2 lbs. lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup medium picante sauce
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • whole wheat flatbread
Garnish with:

First, combine your beef, spices and picante sauce. Shape into balls. Broil to desired temperature. I like mine well done! On a piece of warmed flatbread layer your mayo, meatballs, lettuce, cheese, avocado, and tomato. Wrap it up and chow down!!
