Wasabi Ginger Kale Slaw

* 3 cups finely sliced kale
* 1/2 cup sliced green onion
* 1/2 cup carrot, cut into matchstick sized pieces
* 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
* 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
* 1/3 cup wasabi mayo
* 1 tbsp rice vinegar
* garnish with Eden Shake (sesame seed and sea vegetable seasoning blend)

Wilt the kale in a small amount of boiling water. This will only take a minute so watch carefully!
Remove from heat, drain and rinse immediately in cold water.

Place the veggies in into a bowl. In a small bowl combine the wasabi mayo and rice vinegar. Toss with the veggies and garnish with Eden Shake.
