Ice Cream and Brownie Cupcakes

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract


1/4 cup Nutella
Neapolitan ice cream
12 cupcake liners
Whipped cream
Chocolate bar

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

Melt the butter in the microwave.Add the cocoa powder. Give it a good stir.

Add the sugar, flour, salt, eggs, chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir to combine.

Fill cupcake liners 1/2 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes until done.

Allow brownies to cool completely. Frost with a thin layer of Nutella.

Top with a scoop of ice cream, a bit of whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
